Rates vary depending on size of apartment, length of stay and the season.

 

Cancellation conditions

We look forward to seeing you here. You can cancel up to 3 months before your set arrival date. If you cancel between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set arrival date we will charge you 3 days of your holiday. If you cancel within the 4 weeks directly before your set arrival date, then 70% of the booking will be charged.

Local tax

Persons aged 14 years and over will from 1.1.2014 have to pay a local tax of  € 2,50 per person (aged 14 years and over) per night.
The local tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.
